1. Acceptance of terms
By using Bandcamp Downloader ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Intended use
The Service is intended for personal use with content you have the right to access — content you own, content the creator has made publicly or freely available, or content you already hold a valid license to view. The Service does not bypass logins, paywalls, subscriptions, or DRM, and it will not retrieve content that is not already publicly reachable at the URL you provide.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Bandcamp's Terms of Use and with applicable copyright and intellectual property law in your jurisdiction. Do not use the Service to infringe on any third party's rights.
4. No hosting or redistribution
The Service does not host, archive, or redistribute content on an ongoing basis. It only relays, on a per-request basis, what you explicitly asked it to fetch, and any generated file is deleted automatically within 24-48 hours as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Platform changes on the source sites may cause downloads to fail without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any consequences arising from your misuse of downloaded content.
7. Fair use and rate limiting
We may throttle, rate-limit, or block requests that we reasonably believe are abusive, automated at scale, or intended to circumvent platform protections, in order to keep the Service available and lawful for everyone.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
